  Very good shuttle service to and from the airport, made life very easy. Bags could be stored for collection at a later date which made travelling a lot easier as we didn't have to take all our camping stuff when visiting other places. Food was good and breakfasts made delightful especially by the really lovely waitress who was always interested in... vad folk säger » our travels. Location was good, near to downtown and also walking trails. Bed very comfortable and all amenities with coffee making machine in room. - Compared to other hotels in the area, I liked that it was budget- friendly. We stayed at the hotel to meet up with our tour group. Your front desk clerk was extremely professional and helpful when we stayed the night of June 15, 2013. Would stay again when we are in Anchorage. The staff is an asset to your hotel.

  this motel was a pleasure to stay in, we were in one of the end rooms but the room and facilities made up for the lengthy walk to reception. The staff were great and the shuttle too and from town and the airport was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing and reasonably priced. The lobby was a great place to relax and take in the wall art. - ... vad folk säger » Location beside the lake with all the personal ski-planes provided good visual entertainment. The Deck restaurant was good value for money with friendly staff, a good entertainer and it was a beautiful sunny evening. My experience in this hotel was very enjoyable and I would stay there again on my next trip.

  Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Asked them to make a 3 year old's night by getting us on the highest floor possible facing the airport runway. Clerk also comped our parking since there was in issue with our reservation. - Beds were really comfortable and rooms were quiet.

  The staff was incredibly helpful. Tony at the front desk did everything he could to assist us even after we checked out of the hotel. He kept an eye on our luggage while we spent the day in Fairbanks and while our second hotel refused to pick us up, Tony arranged for our transfer. We would ha... vad folk säger » ve preferred to have stayed in the Regency Fairbanks over our transfer to Sophie Station Suites. - This must be one of the best bargain options in Alaska. We paid 75 dollars for a spacious double room, that was clean and had everything necessary for even a longer stay. Wi Fi was perfect. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night and had to leave early in the morning, so we can say nothing about breakfast quality. Generally, this place, if they keep their present rates, is highly recommended.

  The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the enjoyment of our stay. We were excited about our free upgrade to a harbor view room. We stay at this hotel at least twice a year because of visiting family living in Seward. - The hotel was very clean and comfortable.   Really enjoyed my 10 nights here fornteh aurora. Hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I chose this nHotel on the outskirts of town, formteh aurora, it had darker skies, and I saw them quite a few times!!   Very friendly staff. Room was always made up. There was a plumbing problem in the bathroom which they fixed but also took some money off our room which we appreciated. The manager went out of his way. We will stay there again. - The hotel was modern and well located in the city.   Our view from the room was wonderful, we watched the sea otters play in the harbor between the docks. Beautiful snow covered mountains in the background.   Enjoyed my 4 night stay here, staff were good and helpful. They changed my room to one with views over the mountains, which was wonderful.
