  The staff was exceptional; it was my daughter's birthday and they gave her a balloon and it just made her day. They went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating the whole stay. - Hotel was very conveniently located for the purpose for which we came to Birmingham.

  The convenient location in the historic district downtown. The location close to wonderful restaurants, bars, and neat little shops. - The MOST COMFORTABLE beds we've EVER slept on in a Hotel ! We also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the omelet.

  This hotel far surpassed our expectations. Our room was extremely comfortable, well-appointed and immaculate. The staff went out of their way to be pleasant and accommodating. I appreciated the complementary washers and dryers. It was so pleasant to keep up with laundry instead of having a mountain to tackle when we got home. I will seek out Staybridge hotels in the future. - Two bedroom suite was roomy. The hotel was clean and relaxing. Staff was tops! Bkft was really good( would prefer boiled eggs warm ). Bkft staff went above and beyond for customers satisfaction! Toiletries were high quality and loved the thick towels.Pool and wt room nice! Overall we, especially the teenagers(loved the queen sz beds) enjoyed our stay.

  Customer service was above and beyond when my boyfriend wanted to set up a room to propose to me in, they handled everything and did it fast enough that I never knew! ;) - Needless to say, the BEDS! I love Hampton's beds. But that being said, the staff were wonderful and the overall experience was excellent.

  All of the staff that we encountered were absolutely full of positivity. They were always smiling, greeting us, and asking us how we were. The rooms were also very comfortable and large, and the hotel itself was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was my favorite part. But we were surprised to find delicious food, hot and ready for us. - Location and our server at dinner was very nice. After finding out that we were having our 37th wedding anniversary dinner, he sent to our room, sparkling wine and choc dipped strawberries and gave us free dessert!

  Close to restaurants & shopping. Just off the interstate with good access to downtown - about a 15 minute drive - but set far enough back so there was no noise from passing traffic. Room was as new and there were plenty of parking spaces - Very pleasant, well run hotel.

  I liked having the top bedding instead of a comforter or bedspread that seem unsanitary. My feet were cold. I called and asked for a blanket. Customer services was there with one in a couple of minutes. - Easy for traveling by car cross country
