This hotel far surpassed our expectations. Our room was extremely comfortable, well-appointed and immaculate. The staff went out of their way to be pleasant and accommodating. Two bedroom suite was roomy. The hotel was clean and relaxing. Staff was
tops! Bkft was really good( would prefer boiled eggs warm ). Bkft staff
went above and beyond for customers satisfaction! Toiletries were high
quality and loved the thick towels.Pool and wt room nice! Overall we,
especially the teenagers(loved the queen sz beds) enjoyed our stay.

Customer service was above and beyond when my boyfriend wanted to set up a room to propose to me in, they handled everything and did it fast enough that I never knew! ;) -
Needless to say, the BEDS! I love Hampton's beds. But that being said, the staff were wonderful and the overall experience was excellent.

All of the staff that we encountered were absolutely full of positivity.
They were always smiling, greeting us, and asking us how we were.
The rooms were also very comfortable and large, and the hotel itself was absolutely stunning.

Close to restaurants & shopping. Just off the interstate with good access to downtown - about a 15 minute drive - but set far enough back so there was no noise from passing traffic. Room was as new and there were plenty of parking spaces -

I liked having the top bedding instead of a comforter or bedspread that
seem unsanitary. My feet were cold. I called and asked for a blanket.
