Excellent location next to a great park and within 5 mins walk of Lake Michigan. Transport into city super easy from right outside the hotel or you can walk into the city within half hour.
Design of the hotel funky & individual - loved the staff 'uniforms' with the bow ties etc.

Great hotel in an awesome location. Excellent customer service from the staff. Roof top bar/restaurant has amazing views. The hotel has a very cool retro feel and the decor is great. The restaurant was good - pricey, but you can grab a bite at the bar. The bartendar provided excellent service.

First experience of a hostel and it was excellent. Helpful staff, extrememly clean and well kept, fruit, cereal and bagels provided for breakfast with microwave and cooker should you wish to purchase anything for yourself, basic room but perfect as base for exploring Chicago. 5 to 10 mins walk to John Hancock Centre and oak street beach and explo

area, 6 bed dorm room and nice bathroom, helpful staff (gave out good
local map to all hostelers), general cleanliness, and

Pretty much everything. It was very clean, rooms were great size, plenty of bathrooms, although no private en-suites, fantastic staff, close to downtown and great price. The staff was fantastic, as was the concept an idea of the place. It had a efficient yet cool feel to it. The location is very convenient; a block from the blue line, a short walk from the six corners, parking available on the streets, Divvy bikes a block away, next door to Starbucks is a plus! Good things about the room: clean, great shower apart from the bath, the beds, no noise. Good things about the hotel: at night great lighteffects, good bar, nice personnel, luxury looks.
Good things about neighbourhood of the hotel: lots of restaurants(also for breakfast) and bars around, in the middle of the most important shopping area, lots of interesting things to see and to do (for exemple boattour, musea) on a walking distance.

As soon as we settled in our room we received a call to see if we needed anything. People gave service a 6 out of 10 which is rediculous. 10/10 for sure. The best hotel in chicago. - Did not get to spend much time in the hotel, but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very lovely, although the lighting could have been brighter.
