  Was comfortable and convenient. When I told them that I needed to keep my insulin cool they gave me a little refrigerator without charge. However, what kind of a hotel room does not already have a refrigerator? The one cup at a time coffee pot was great but if I had stayed in longer than an hour after getting up, more than one unit of coffee would... vad folk säger » have been appreciated. - I liked the check in a lot: quick, friendly and professional guy. The only thing - he did not give us breakfast vouchers and we had to argue with Breakfast staff that our breakfast is included. Design - very interesting but a little bit too much posters.

Helpful staff, extrememly clean and well kept, fruit, cereal and bagels provided for breakfast with microwave and cooker should you wish to purchase anything for yourself, basic room but perfect as base for exploring Chicago. 5 to 10 mins walk to John Hancock Centre and oak street beach and explo... vad folk säger » red a great deal of Chicago by foot. Hope to stay again sometime. - I liked the location in terms of being able to walk or easily take public transportation to the heart of the city as well as the immediate area, 6 bed dorm room and nice bathroom, helpful staff (gave out good local map to all hostelers), general cleanliness, and "complimentary breakfast all day", which included tea, coffee, fruit, bagels and cream cheese as a plus.

  The hotel is in an excellent location. I really like the courtyard and the clean environment.The staff were excellent especially the janitors - 5 star service. Warm and friendly staff. The fact that they do not accept tips made their committment to excellence all the more valid.

  Our stay at The Drake was wonderful! We booked a deluxe room with a view and were able to check in early. Our room was very spacious with 2 huge windows looking onto the lake and Oak Street Beach. The hotel even sent a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room for our anniversary! The highlight for our child was the dessert - a snickerdoodle ice cream sandwich - from the restaurant. It is conveniently located. - It was our 25th anninersary.
