  The staff asked my name when I got out of the taxi and then at every stage as I was passed between concierge to reception to bell hop I was greeted by name. The room is truly luxurious with a great bed. The washroom is beautiful, the separate bath and shower are super nice. Also the gym facilities are top-notch. Definitely recommended.

  I appreciated the lovely living room with free access to internet and hot beverages!! I also liked the cold filtered water!! Very comfortable beds and excellent location/easy and chep access to airport. - clean, convenient, courteous, reasonably priced, professional, would recommend to anyone travelling to chicago for any time.

  I liked the views of the lake...they were exquisite. The room was large and comfortable including a minibar and a little kitchenette (sink only). The closet was spacious and the shower head had good pressure. The whole bathroom was really nice. Also, I like the fact that as a guest I have full access to the exercise and locker room facilities. Overall, I was happy with my stay and I would sta - Good location and great view (you can actually see the lake) for $129 a single night made it a bang for buck. The rooms are on the top floor (40th) while the lover levels are offices of different banks. Just thinking about taking a shower above a corner room makes you smile:) Incusive and decent breakfast of my european standard.

  Staff is freindly and accurately listen your question and try to help you, even when you bad know English. Pizzeria is quite nice! Hotel's rooms are clean and have everything is needed (except refrigerator, but it's normally). And in general they are big and comfortable. And of course, location is very nice! CTA metro station is in several steps (... vad folk säger » way to airport), bus to Navy Pier is quite near, Sears Tower is viewed from the window, and Museum Campus, Grand Park and Michigan avenue in 15 minute - The friendliness and courtesy of staff. And the parking! It was wonderfully priced to have the car so accessible for our meetings off site. I also must say that though modestly appointed, it was very clean and the linens were in excellent condition.

  Well kept. Atmosphere was swanky. Enjoyed the "wine hour". We're a little older than the young crowd that seemed to dominate the guest list which provided some interesting people/dog watching during the wine hour. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was snowing out and they let me borrow an umbrella for free.

A speical night out w/help from The Palmer House. Dr. Brian Hinrichs -always enjoy the Executive floor - thanks also to Ernest for going above and beyond to cater to our snack and breakfast needs

  We stayed in Burnham hotel from 5th to 8th of October, 2013. I enjoyed the whole experience of living here in the heart of Chicago Loop. The hotel has a perfect location close to malls (in front of Macy's), design shops (Nordstorm, DSW, Old Navy and etc.) and grocery stores (Target is the biggest one). It is convenient to visit local attractions w... vad folk säger » ithin walking distance (Millennium and Grand park, Willis tower, Union Station..). It takes 40 minutes to get straight from the O'Hara airport to Wash - This is a great location for getting around Chicago downtown. Hotel has efficient and friendly staff; fantastic upper floors restored interior and history of the building is exceptionally interesting. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent views if you are facing due east. Great bar and bistro on the ground floor. I will definitely visit again.
