  Loved the location, and views from my room were great. Could walk to restaurants and the boat tours. - The interior design is incredible and a treat for those who stay there.

  The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very easy to get around. Concierge staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to coffee, there is a toaster, microwave, oven, cook-top and refridgerator - Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is really clean and comfy. Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous. The room was spacious and covered us all 5 adults and a kid. In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday. Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick. Once we arrived they gave our kid a gift

  I really liked the location. We were able to walk to several places we wanted to visit, including the Art Institute and the Doughnut Vault. The check-in was quick and easy, and they were nice to suggest some places we should visit when asked. Parking is expensive, but I appreciated being able to park overnight in the garage attached to the buildin... vad folk säger » g. Price included breakfast. We enjoyed having a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes & cups, coffee pot, and popcorn in the room, in addition to - I can not recommend this Marriott Residence Inn highly enough. The location, the comfort, the price, and, most appreciated, the graciousness and helpfulness of every staff member made the entire five-day stay memorable and enjoyable. I hope to return for leisure rather than business.

  I loved that the room was nicely sized for our family of 4. There was plenty of room for us to spread out in the room so we didn't feel like we were right on top of each other. The bathroom was huge, with his and hers sinks and a separate room for the shower, bath tub and toilet. We also enjoyed using the exercise room -- it was clean and had several diff - One of the most amazing hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms are immaculate with jaw dropping views of the Chicago river and the intriguing Chicago skyline! Hotel staff were very friendly and well spoken. The food from the hotels' restaurant Hoytes was finger lickin good! The location is the best, easy walk to Mag mile, millennium park and even to the field museum and aquarium.   When we parked I was a little concerned as it was our first time and up to this point the trip had been a horrible experience(our other hotel overbooked) just as we were arriving. I am glad they did. Once we got past the parking garage, the guy was cold and rude, and made our way to the lobby we were turned 180 degrees. There was a woman in the elevator who works for the hotel and was off duty, she even went out of her way to help - The staff was absolutely top-notch, especially the concierge, Rich. After an all-night Megabus trip, we stopped in to stow our luggage until the 3pm check in. They said our room was available immediately, if we would like an early check in (6 hours early at no additional charge). Unheard of! Amazing and gracious. This is my second stay at a Kimpton Hotel. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else after this lovely experience.

  The staff was extremely helpful. Since the moment we arrived to until our last minute there we felt welcome. Especially Nabeel and Jared were very kind and gave us a lot of great tips about what to do and where to go in Chicago. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar.
