  We liked the hotel. It was in a good location if you are visiting the city. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and had a problem with checkin. Our reservation was for a double room away from the elevator with a river view. They only had two rooms left and they were by the elevator. The staff were congenial and respectful, appearing very invested in meeting our needs. We loved the attention to details such as, the lovely aroma that enveloped us when we walked into the lobby. Our comfortable room on the 21st floor, gave us a view of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, State Street and nearby skyscrapers. We would definitely stay there again.

  I have zero complaints from my stay at your hotel. From the valet attendants to the fronk desk clerk to the cleaning attendants everyone was very professional and extremely pleasant. Any questions we had, the staff was very helpful in answering, whether it was a charge on our account or great recommendations for dinner.   I loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The staff, especially at the concierge desk, was very knowledgable and extremely friendly.   All I have to say is AMAZING!!! Best place we have ever stayed!! Staff were very friendly and answered all questions and concerned promptly! We stayed with 4 young children in a 2 bedroom apt, and it was fantastic! So much better than a regular hotel room! It was great to have a train station just in front of the hotel. We were there during a cold weather with snow, and to run away from the cold, train is the best and cheapest way to visit the city. The apartment was very complete, for who will ahve a long stay it is perfect to cook and have cheaper meals. My husband and I had breakfast every day there and dinner at the the bars and restaurant close to the hotel.

  The staff was extremely helpful. Since the moment we arrived to until our last minute there we felt welcome. Especially Nabeel and Jared were very kind and gave us a lot of great tips about what to do and where to go in Chicago.   This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There are many restaurants within walking distance. They put us on the top floor, next to the stairwell so we didn't hear any street traffic. I loved how quiet the bathroom was. The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Noah one of the doormen was extremely helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for meals. All of the staff that I came across were polite and efficient.
