  We loved the décor, the atmosphere; the staff members were all awesome! They gave quick easy-to-follow directions to all the places we needed to be. The room itself was very cozy & comfortable. My wife and I had a really great time being in Chicago. Luxury at a very reasonable price! I will definitely be planning a longer stay in the near futu... vad folk säger » re! Simply a great experience, Thanks Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park!!! - When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great location, too.

  personalen, läge - Location-it was really close to all of the shops and there was a bus stop right out front, making transportation elsewhere extremely easy. The staff was extremely helpful. - The staff was extremely accomodating and the hotel is in a great location.

  Room was super. Beds were so comfortable that I have never slept better in my life and the bathroom was equally superb with 2 huge washbasins. In most places nowadays you only get a shallow worthless basin but not in the Blackstone. The room was spacious and on the 21st floor we had a magnificent view of Lake Michigan and over to Navy Pier and to ... vad folk säger » Museum Campus - Beds ultra comfortable, rooms were very nice, clean and spacious and staff were excellent ... Plus the tapas restaurant on site was great! Overall Much better than the Hilton Chicago next door. Several colleagues of mine left that hotel and moved to this and were extremely happy. Great value for money for a 4 star!

  Location great with nearby museums, shopping, parks in walking distance. Hotel very well run with friendly staff. Very clean rooms and loved the executive business suite with two bathrooms. I wish we had had the option of two queen beds instead of two doubles. - Friendly help full staff, comfortable rooms and ease of access to stadium and downt... vad folk säger » own. The breakfast at the restaurant by the Lobby was excellent. Check in and checkout were easy. Enjoyed the history and decore of building.
