Everything was wonderful, we arrived to find we did not have our tickets
to our convention and the concierge made us his number 1 priority to try
to get them. The lobby woman waited for our Thai food, paid for it for
us, tipped the delivery man and had it sent up to our room while we
picked up our tickets. -

Hotel staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful. We stayed for a specialoccasion and the concierge gave us vip tickets for an attraction wewanted to visit. We LOVED the views. Full moon rising over the cityscape towards the edge of dawn. The water taxi. Convenient. Exotic. Fun. Room service complete with chocolate-covered strawberries. The weather didn't matter--there was so much to do! Inside the hotel -- or in Boston. We had three days and two nights of carefree living and it was just what we needed. I might add that our room was very quiet. No noise from Logan Airport, which was AMAZING (and greatly appreciated.)

They were especially good with bathroom facilities for those with accessibility issues.
