  I was on a motorcycle trip from Los Angeles to Seattle and back. This was a great location with a courteous staff. I loved the idea of sleeping within ten feet of where my beloved bike was parked. There are some amazing restaurants within a short riding distance.   Our initial impression of the hotel was fair. However the young man at the counter was extremely friendly, even offering to show us the room beforehand. The room was a bit crowded but had everything we needed. - Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Central location.   We have stayed here on Duck's game day many times and always appreciate the location and the budget friendly rooms. The motel looked revitalized and was much cleaner and quieter this year. I came here to run the marathon and just wanted a room close to the race. The staff was very nice, the location was great and there was no hassles at all. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

  Close proximity to city-center Eugene, which is walking distance to the Market District, College Hill, and Whiteaker Districts (westside). While it is on a busy street, the room is built old school solid, well insulated, and so the traffic is not a concern. Modern wall heater keeps the place toasty during those rainy Oregon days. Everything is kept clean - Great downtown location, friendly staff. Old motel, but well-maintained and clean, no offensive odor, no live-ins. Surprisingly quiet for close to a main street. Refrigerator, microwave, couch, extra pillows, iron/board, hair dryer, and (minimal) continental breakfast. All this for $51, sweet!

  Check-in staff very friendly and helpful, property doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are very nice and comfortable - good beds, cold A/C, perfect for a travel stop, good value for the $$, morning coffee was available but we left early so didn't have any. We visited in July, and our air conditioner had a wiring problem, but the staff was very quick to get it working and they made our stay much more comfortable
