  It's a beautifully restored historic Victorian home, very well appointed, super comfortable, with a cordial host (when we were there), excellent lighting (important), beautiful bathroom, lovely antiques and a beautiful garden. All in all this was the very nicest bed and breakfast my husband and I have ever stayed in. - We loved everything about the house. A very quiet and cozy environment, warm and comfortable! And the breakfasts were delicious! The restoration of this Queen Ann is beautiful with amazing attention to detail. We will definitely have a return visit. It is necessary to plan ahead as this place is very busy.

Evening front desk manager, Katie, went above and beyond to assist me with my computer needs in the business center. I stayed two nights and all staff greeted me warmly and were available to answer any questions.   The rooms have a cabin-like feel with "timber" ceilings! The double queen I was in was very roomy...table and 2 chairs, a microwave and small fridge as well as a coffeemaker, so easy to have breakfast in the room and prepare a picnic lunch or supper! It is not fancy but it is CLEAN like no hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is excellent and the staff is friendly. The room rates are extremely reasonable and this place is a great value.

  Location was useful for us for where we were based. Staff were fantastic. The doorman/driver Jamie was a really nice fella and helped us out a lot. Melanie at the checkout was super helpful also. The pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, so it was unavailable for our stay, but it is a large pool with a small separate area for young children.   We have stayed here on Duck's game day many times and always appreciate the location and the budget friendly rooms. The motel looked revitalized and was much cleaner and quieter this year.   Close proximity to city-center Eugene, which is walking distance to the Market District, College Hill, and Whiteaker Districts (westside). While it is on a busy street, the room is built old school solid, well insulated, and so the traffic is not a concern. Modern wall heater keeps the place toasty during those rainy Oregon days. Refrigerator, microwave, couch, extra pillows, iron/board, hair dryer, and (minimal) continental breakfast. All this for $51, sweet!
