  Our flight was delayed but there were no issues checking in near midnight. Very clean and perfect for our needs - we took the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel that night and the next morning to the cruise port. Very organized and this hotel staff definitely fills the niche for cruise people waiting for their day to board a ship! Excellent!! - We arrived at midnight on 1/18 after a very long flight only to find we had no reservation in the system even though we had a letsbookhotel.com confirmation in hand. Jessica F. at the front desk found us a room. She couldn't have been more gracious and helpful to two very tired travelers.

  We were doing a cruise and this is good place for pre-cruise night or two as provides free transfer to port but otherwise location ordinary unless you have vehicle. Very nice rooms and on-site cafe was good for both evening meals and breakfast which is included. - Best hotel for the money. Excellent and helpful staff.   The young man that worked at the desk, I think his name was Terrance. He was from Ypsilanti, Michigan. You could not have a better front desk person. Not only did he help with tour info and taxi call but he stepped out and straightened up the lobby. It was clear that he was a part of the organization and proud of where he worked. The breakfast staff was helpful in getting us out of there quickly as we had a plane to catch early in the am. All in all a good experience and we will probably use this Hilton for next years trip.

  I loved your pick up service to and from the airport and to and from the cruise terminal. Organization to do this was excellent! Check in was quick and food in the dining room was good. Having the complimentary breakfast was another plus.   Sheraton is a Four star hotel but through Booking. Com we got a room for $177 for 2 nights. It's in a great location, safe and minutes away from the airport and Dania beach. We stayed on the 6th floor with a great view of Florida sky. Very comfortable bed and pillows.   The hotel has nice ambience. Mature landscaping, gorgeous pool area, noncommercial resort like locale. The hotel desk staff are very competent , helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the staff kept it that way each day. I love your location...very close to the airport but not on the airplane paths! - One of your employees, Tim, at the valet counter out front absolutely made our one day stay a complete success. As a stop over before Key West, Tim arranged our transportation to a perfect restaurant he recommended. He also saved the day when our rental car fell through the next morning. He had us fixed up in about 10 minutes and on our way. Tim, you are the best!!!
