  Our flight was delayed but there were no issues checking in near midnight. Very clean and perfect for our needs - we took the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel that night and the next morning to the cruise port. Very organized and this hotel staff definitely fills the niche for cruise people waiting for their day to board a ship!   front desk staff food facilities near the front check in the design of the hotel weightroom layout of rooms minus the bathroom cleanliness of the hotel - I love the room layout. It was a unique hotel, one of which I have never seen the like of. So I appreciated the extra thought put into the design.

  I liked the design of the hotel.Most of the staff were very friendly and responsive. We were greeted by two friendly staff members and one Manager during the evening snack and drinks, which was very relaxing after a long day of travel. My family enjoyed the pool area. He put us on a waiting list and called us an hour before check in when we were shopping that our room was ready. It was nice. The rooms would be perfect for a week or so stay because of the full kitchen and living room. Decent breakfast. Overall we enjoyed it and would go back!

  It is everything in the kitchen. You can cook, use microwawe, there is a huge refrigerator. Ideal for last night before flight, but as i saw, they bring you with shuttle bus to the city, too. You can eat eggs and bacon for breakfast, not only sweets.

  The young man that worked at the desk, I think his name was Terrance. He was from Ypsilanti, Michigan. You could not have a better front desk person. Not only did he help with tour info and taxi call but he stepped out and straightened up the lobby. It was clear that he was a part of the organization and proud of where he worked. The breakfast staff was helpful in getting us out of there quickly as we had a plane to catch early in the am. All in all a good experience and we will probably use this Hilton for next years trip.

  Staff were excellent specially Patrick, Vivian and Gwen. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed 2 days pre-cruise and 2 days post cruise. Our connecting flight was delayed on arrival so we phoned from Chicago and spoke to Gwen, she assured us the booking was fine and not to worry about any thing. Breakfast was inclusive, so were local calls and most important in - The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were just coming off a cruise ship and arrived several hours prior to expected check in yet they had rooms ready and let us into them right away. We also had a late flight the next day and they let us stay in the room for two hours past check out and then held our bags while we had lunch. They arranged the airport shuttle for us right at check in and the shuttle was on time and took us to the airport for $10 per person. The food in the bar and

The room was very clean and the staff kept it that way each day. He had us fixed up in about 10 minutes and on our way. Tim, you are the best!!!
