  Well kept. Atmosphere was swanky. Enjoyed the "wine hour". We're a little older than the young crowd that seemed to dominate the guest list which provided some interesting people/dog watching during the wine hour. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was snowing out and they let me borrow an umbrella for free.

  All of the staff members I had contact with were helpful and respectful. They helped us find food, transportation, and made us feel extremely comfortable. This was my first time being in charge of a trip and they did an excellent job helping me and making me feel comfortable and confident. - Hotel was remodeled nicely, lighting and colors good. ... vad folk säger » Balcony a great plus.
