  The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. We arrived three hours before check in but they found a room for us right away. It's very close to public transit and Amtrack. The pool was small but our kids had a great time using it. Starting our experience a week before arrival the hotel's concierge, jen, helped make our trip an unforgettable experience by arranging the best reservations for us at great restaurants and jazz venues.   The suite was real value for money. Mother and grown-up son had all the space they needed. Service lady was really great and friendly as was the booking agent for shows etc. Breakfast was amazing and there was so much to choose from.   Travelling with 5 young children and 3 adults can be daunting at times, but ALL the staff from the doormsn to the dining room, front desk to managers were absolutely incredible.
