I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Microtel Inn. The cost was so low, that my expectations were low. But this motel was as nice as others that charge twice the price. Service was very friendly and helpful, and our room was super clean and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again if we go back to Atlanta. (But I must say, the traffic is terrible!). I liked the staff that was there Friday evening they were very nice. they were really so nice I hate to say how mean the other staff was. Also the 3rd shift front desk person was nice. the pool was very nice and clean the hotel was very clean never saw any trash or dirt very nice establishment.

Hotel close to dunwoody shopping and restaurants, and downtown Atlanta. I would return again!. Loved everything.. From checking in.. Loved our room, very clean.. Breakfast had a nice assortment. Would stay again for sure, because the hotel is located in a wonderful location!!. Room is huge, clean and very comfortable location is good for shopping and to get into the MARTA-system. Rooms were large and clean, good beds. Nice staff. Shower had nice full jet of the water. The beds were comfortable. Free phone calls. the staff were very helpful and so friendly. would like the price and the location. Good location, nice facility. Cheap price. Clean room. Friendly staff. everything. All of 2. Price. Price. the front desk lady was very professional and friendly. oh yes, and came to the room to assist me with the alarm clock problem. Clean room and friendly employees. Breakfast was good. Good menu selection. The price was decent for the quality. Nothing !!. I didn't like the Man at the frnt desk that worked early morning sat 6-15. He was very rude and was watching all the guest like we were stealing food. and snatching u the food at 9:55 am. while we were out there still getting it. it was deliberate h clearly didn't want us to get the food. also when You asked Him for help he was very rude. the Mexican maid could have been more patient. The hair dryer did not work properly, I just could have brought my own.... But that is minor :-). The breakfast is not mentionable :-(. Breakfast was somewhat simple. Elevator old. We were woking up like 4times we had to call the front desk because kids above up was jumping up and down. Breakfast could be a little better. Carpet needs a good cleaning. I wish they could reconsider the timing of the shuttle service, specially when there is no service during weekend. the shuttle, I would think should be between 0900 till 1800. needs major upgrade ie, bathrooms, TV, beds. Wished the elevator had worked!. The elevator wasn't working.... And some contruction in the breakfast ares. n/a. nothing. My room was not clean. There was trash on the floor. The cleaning crew left their cleaning products in the room. Hair was on sheets, on floor in bathroom, etc... Plain oatmeal for breakfast, no weights in workout room, no water in workout room, stationary bike not working. The toilet was stopped up. The previous guest left food in the refrigerator & clothes hanging on thr back of yhe bathroom door. former guest's pants hanging in armoir, unclean refridgerator, slightly lumpy bed and low shower pressure. The elevator was out the whole time we stayed (on the 3rd floor). The computer was down at checkout The bathtub did not drain The hallways were so hot you could not breathe The rooms were hot because every time you left the room the cleaning crew turned your air off. While taking a shower the water starting building up in the tub. The hot water ran out and the cleaning people were hitting our door with the vacuum cleaner before 10:30 am. Very inconsiderate. The elevator did not work. .. small room. Booking was changed after confirmation with hotel. Bed size change without notice. Facilities outdated. Excessive noise outside room, late night. The hallways were often noisy and the room walls were paper thin, allowing outside noises to be heard. I had a hard time having even one restful night sleep in this place. The breakfast was terrible and they ran out of regular sugar!! Everyone does not want to ingest the artificial sweetners. This was the start to a bad morning. Elevator not working for more than two days and got room in 4th floor for my family. Poor draining system in bathroom and too late for responding and fix this issue. First day of visit plan totally spoiled due to long delay in fixing this issue and dont change my room. Break fast was poor, most of the food was frozen stuffs.
