  The staff and the accomodations. When walking into the hotel, it was like walking into a 5 star hotel in the Hawaiian Islands. The car service was also excellent. - I was very impressed by the contemporary designs, and the amount of open space in the hotel room. Great experience.

  Helpful and courteous staff, in a natural way, not forced. Room had more comfort than I probably deserved; still, I appreciated the upgrade. I was headed for the national high school indoor track championships in New York and this was a very pleasant yet affordable place to stay. On the way home I stopped to see if I had left the charging cord ... vad folk säger » to my cell phone in the room -- Evan looked for it, found it,m and brought it to me. Thank you. - The staff was very nice and helpful; the breakfast was good, area not too crowded, plenty to go around. The room was beautiful, clean, well-insulated. I had a nice peaceful stay, while also able to walk into the more exciting parts of town.
