Helpful and courteous staff, in a natural way, not forced. Room had more comfort than I probably deserved; still, I appreciated the upgrade. I was headed for the national high school indoor track championships in New York and this was a very pleasant yet affordable place to stay. On the way home I stopped to see if I had left the charging cord to my cell phone in the room -- Evan looked for it, found it,m and brought it to me. Thank you.
alla recensioner » The staff was very nice and helpful; the breakfast was good, area not too crowded, plenty to go around. The room was beautiful, clean, well-insulated. I had a nice peaceful stay, while also able to walk into the more exciting parts of town. I loved the room, everything was excellent nice and clean. I also loved the breakfast Buffett. The staff was great, they helped every time you needed something, and where so friendly. The staff was most pleasant and very accomadating to our every need. Breakfast was great! My room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable! Loved my stay!. furnishings...boutique style hotel.....buffet style breakfast..free parking...computers in lobby...cards swipe security to go to floors in elevator.. I loved our room decor. The soundproofing was very good and the room was very comfortable. The large glass shower was also very nice. Late checkout is complimentary until 1pm. Rooms are clean and comfortable but do not expect high tech services or a luxurious stay. everything...shuttle service,comfortable bedding,breakfast.....all great!! would definitely stay again and reccomend to friends!!. nice hotel, comfy bed, free parking good free breakfast, good size room, clean and modern look, close to much of downtown. Car driver service free anywhere in Stamford, essential to get out of the neighborhood. The clock in the room was a tad flimsy and difficult to figure out how to set, so I asked the desk for a wake-up call instead. I received it, but the change to daylight savings time was that night and the wake-up call had not adjusted to the time change and thus came one hour late. Fortunately I had built extra time into my schedule and just did reach my destination on time. nothing. I hated the parking situation. A small garage shared with YMCA and very little parking, if you where not careful you could get blocked in by another guest or someone working at the Y. Would have been nice to have a pool. The cramped parking wasn't the greatest. I also would have liked a mini refrigerator in the room. nothing:). There was no in house restaurant, but there were restaurants close by. Hallway carpeting was filthy. I almost turned around when I got off the elevator but the rooms were fine. Small parking garage. Carpets needed cleaning. only one lift, always a lengthy wait!. not enough parking. No mini-frdge, extremely slow elevator. Parking, 1 elevator, no room service, small rooms, no movies first night problem with service. the "dining" area fro breakfast was terrible. the coffee was awful. the parking garage underneath was too small. Very noisy air con Dirty hallway carpets Waiting for the solitary lift Bathroom smell. breakfast could be a little better quality food. I'd be willing to pay more. However while they have a nice seating/dining area, they should add a bar service in the evening. Also one elevator in a hotel! Are you serious? Room clean, nicely appointed, bathroom wall paper was worn. Lobby level is 12 steps above street level, with no ramp, carrying luggage seemed odd. Not having fridge in room or a bar on premises. Would have liked to have a small refrigerator in the room. Parking unclear as to which garage. Hotel located next to ymca Are we to use y spaces. the elevator carpets were dirty but the hall carpets were the most filthy I have even seen in any hotel or motel in my life...after hundreds of trips domestic and international. dirty floors, loud room right above gym, very expensive, not what I had expected. No restaurant, no bar ,no way of getting anything to eat or drink . The hotels location is very so, so, not like you wanted to walk around in search of a nice restaurant. The first room I was given was below the Gym, tks for the stomping until 11pm.
