  Villa Rotana is an excellent hotel well worth the money. The hotel is well appointed and clean with excellent facilities. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices from a hot bar to fresh fruit.   In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. When we travel to Dubai we always stay at this this hotel and have always enjoyed our stay as it is situated beside the Dubai Creek and is close to 2 Metro stations so ... vad folk säger » it is possible to reach most destinations especially if you like to go to the Shopping Malls. If you do not want to use the Metro the Taxi's are very - The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the staff extremely helpful. They were flexible enough to get our room cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we left our room. The hotel has no public entertainment facilities such us nightclubs or bars. This meant unlike its neighbouring hotel ("Moscow Hotel"), The C

  The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms and lobby. The breakfast was excellent, you can have it delivered to your room at no extra charge, we called down on the phone what we wanted and 10-15 - Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door. Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly. Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by. We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

  I felt at home here. The staff (front desk, service, front door, garagedoor, work out room - all) was always very nice and helpful. Hadabsolutely no problems - The staff is very responsive and the rooms are comfortable.

  Hotellet var helt fantastiskt, ligger i ett vad det ser ut som nybyggt områder där de fortfarande bygger lite runt om. Finns massor av restauranger och mataffärer i området och många av de har öppet 24h. Personalen är så hjälpvänliga och så otroligt trevliga och hjälper till vad det än är! Poolen är lite mindre om man planerat att bada mycket men ... vad folk säger » finns massa stränder väldigt nära hotellet och taxi är SÅ OTROLIGT billigt i Dubai så det är inga problem att åka långt. Hotellet har ett litet gym oc - trevlig personal.
