  In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. When we travel to Dubai we always stay at this this hotel and have always enjoyed our stay as it is situated beside the Dubai Creek and is close to 2 Metro stations so ... ce que les gens disent » it is possible to reach most destinations especially if you like to go to the Shopping Malls. If you do not want to use the Metro the Taxi's are very - The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the staff extremely helpful. They were flexible enough to get our room cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we left our room. The hotel has no public entertainment facilities such us nightclubs or bars. This meant unlike its neighbouring hotel ("Moscow Hotel"), The C

  The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms and lobby. The breakfast was excellent, you can have it delivered to your room at no extra charge, we called down on the phone what we wanted and 10-15 - Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door. Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly. Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by. We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

  Propreté, confort et espace pour les appartements. Surclassement dans un appartement très spacieux. Très bien équipé, on peut cuisiner sans problème. Grandes salles de bains. Le personnel est très professionnel et disponible. Beaucoup de possibilités. Le grand centre commercial (dont carrefour) est tout proche (10min à pied). Le métro (station Sha... ce que les gens disent » raf DG) est à 5min à pied. Les plages de Jumeirah sont à 10min en taxi. Le quartier est correct. La piscine sur le toit assez grande. - Cet hôtel est proche d'une station de métro et possède un parking souterrain gratuit . Vous pouvez ainsi visiter dubai sans souci . De plus the mall of emirates( et son hypermarché carrefour )est à une courte distance de marche ce qui vous permet de cuisiner dans votre appartement. Enfin , la piscine sur le toit est agréable.

  Arrivé tôt le matin, j'ai pu directement prendre ma chambre sansattendre 14h - I felt at home here. The staff (front desk, service, front door, garagedoor, work out room - all) was always very nice and helpful. Hadabsolutely no problems - The staff is very responsive and the rooms are comfortable.
