  Service. - that's what this hotel is about. It has to be one of the best customer service experiences I've had in Dubai. It enhances your stay so much. The staff are great and very eager to help. Room service was great and they pay attention to details. From the butler to the front desk, even the valet!   Everything was good! Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful stuff. There is no restaurant, but it was not a problem for us, there is a good Arabic Indian cafe at the corner. If you want to go to the beach, it's better to take a taxi and go to al khan beach, it will cost you 10 dh. The good: The rooms are outstanding in this hotel and a... vad folk säger » re of very decent size, modern, with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows and a spacious bathroom with an outstanding shower and amenities (aromat - the room is so big & the bathroom is an experience for itself, there's a touchscreen dashboard which u can use it to control lights, a/c remotely. - the staff go backward to serve the guests. - the pool area is magnificent. - the gym is equipped with the latest equipment & so big too. -the restaurant where u can have the breakfast is just amazing and never seen bigger that this. - it's just a perfect hotel i'll go there every time i visit Dubai
