Bra läge nära flygfältet, gratis transport till terminalerna. Litet cafe med drycker, smått tilltugg, bra för sena och tidiga gäster. -
Var väldigt service minded. Vi hade hård extra säng klaga å dom fixa det på en gång.Poolen ok.
Maten/frukost bra.

everything was great. Had a room on the royal club floor. Got a upgrade to a suite. Very beautiful. This was the fourth hotel during my holiday in the Emerates and the best.Club lounge was perfect,staff extremely friendly to my old mother who does not speak English. Breakfast a la carte was excelent. Day of departure recieved breakfast in the room
... vad folk säger » at 04.00 am for free. also free airport transport - The staff were very freindly and helpful and were willing to ensure that your needs were catered for.The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to most shopping malls and more importantly the Airport. Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.

The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation. We also left the hotel after the usual departure time and we were not charged extra for that
