  The hotel policy is very generous. They allowed us to stay extra hours without paying anything which isn't the case with other hotels during holidays. Very quiet and the view from 11th floor was amazing in the night.   Läge, varma poolen och gården - The all english-speaking staff are all incredibly, professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is in a great location. The pool with the waterfall is lovely. The gardens are green and lush. The rooms are very nice and the tea and coffee making facilities are great considering this is not the norm in UAE hotels... vad folk säger » . I have stayed there on 2 occassions for 4 nights each time. - The staff was incredible! So helpful and kind!! We reserved a junior suite, and when we got to our room, it was a master suite, for the same price. The room service was great, and they got there very quickly. The buffet breakfast was good, and had a good variety, and the main items were different each day.

Very helpful lady in business centre who will print boarding passes for return flights. Covered swimming pool so kids will not get sunburnt. There were ample TV channels and parking was availble during the day. At night time parking was full but the hotel staff took our keys and parked for us and gave us the keys in the morning.
