  Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again. Upper floors have better bathroom facilities. - The hotel was very clean and everything was first class.   The hotel staff where excellent and the receptionists spoke english very well and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms where very comfortable and nicley decorated. The restaurant was very good, the staff was exceptional, Igor was the waiter for 4 of the days we where there and looked after us with 5 star service. During entire week stay we could hear noone else even though the hotel was full. Well silenced, air condidioned rooms with comfy beds allows to feel relaxed at all times.   We had an apartment at Krakivskaya street. All was excellent. We had a late check in (at 11 pm). Vasily, the owner, stepped down when we called telephone from booking confirmation and welcomed us. Apartment is very modern and well decorated, all facilities are in place: iron, hairdryer, clothes dryer, kitchenware, toaster, conditioner, two tvs (on... vad folk säger » e in kitchen, one in bedroom). Але не турбуйтесь, якісні вікна та товсті стіни дозволяють насолоджуватися затишком оселі у будь яку пору доби. Житлового простору для двох більш ніж вдосталь.   The swimming pool and gym were great. I read others reviews that said I would need Speedo type swimming pants to get into the pool. However, I went swimming twice with regular swimming shorts and no questions were asked. The hotel is changing some of its policies with regards to the pool. However, for now, children under 12 are not allowed in the ... vad folk säger » pool at all whereas those over 12 are allowed when accompanied by adults. The rooms were spacious and really nice. The bathroom had a very big walk in - This the 3rd time I have stayed in Lviv, 1st time here, its the best so far for comfort, the rooms are excellent, the gym is a real gym, I did not try the pool or sauna which were all included in the price of a suite(100 eur) Its very clean, the food was good the manager will know what I mean when she reads this! I will stay there again which I guess is the best recommendation.

  We arrived after an overnight train journey and were allowed to check in at 7am in the morning - bliss. Fabulous room with lots of space, great shower and a view over the town square. Great breakfast sitting out on the veranda and a good location at the centre of Lviv. Booked our train tickets through the hotel - very patient and helpful service. - Very close to center of the city. A bit "grandeur" of the past Very friendly staff: they even offered us a breakfast-package when we left at 5 o' clock AM.

  On arrival we were welcomed very warm by parking and reception staff, the young male receptionist speaking Polish informed us about every detail of our stay and replied exactly to our questions, they even opened restaurant for us despite it was very late. The other staff incl. receptionists were also very nice and helpful (no problem to book a tab... vad folk säger » le in Lviv's restaurants, call for taxi etc.). Great location ca 3-5 min. to Main Square (safe area to walk). Parking on street in front of hotel, the - A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff. Actually all was great. A lovely hotel. I will surely come back when in Lviv next time. Greetings from Kraków :-)

  The food was delicious. The Chef does a very good job. The staff is well-trained and strive always to be helpful. The view from the dining room is beautiful, especially in the morning. We enjoyed using the smoking lounge at night to relax after a long day and smoke hookah. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel. Staff - the best I have ever met in Ukrainian hotels. Very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant with great view of old city. Among others, despite, that on weekend, they start servicing breakfast at 8am, they opened the restaurant at 7am, as we had to leave earlier.

  Everything was excellent here. Clean, with independent heater, good wifi internet connection and cozy bedroom. The owner is a pleasant person to talk with, and kind. When I arrived in the Lviv airport, he came to catch me.

  I needed an Inexpensive, modern hotel for a two-day business trip to L'viv, and selected Nota Bene. It was a very good choice. Being a new property, everything is fresh, clean and modern. The staff mostly seems to speak English, though I suspect that they are catering to Ukrainians and Poles, based on signage, the in--room directory, and the absen... vad folk säger » ce of bbc or cnn on the big flat-screen television. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the railway station (2 km) and airport. It has - Surprised a bit, because I'm a backpacker and got used to more economy-style hotels. And here the price was absolutely not high, but the interior and the service surpassed my expectations. there was even a special guy, sort of meeter-greeter to accompany me to my room (cool ;). The room was very neat and clean of course. On the whole location is perfect, about 20 min walk from the railway station, all attractions are also very close (well, Lviv is small)
