Very nice and very professional hotel staff. Significant variety of served food enables to keep desired diet or even the contrary - eat too much :) Very private, comfortable and clean hotel. We have chosen this hotel because we have already stayed there some years ago and enjoyed the combination of good services (room/food) and secure parking. This time, the hotel exceeded our expectations - the rooms were fully renovated, the food became better, and Wi-Fi faster. The room/bathroom was very clean, towels soft, and the beds extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there next time and also recommend this hotel for business travelers and conference events.

The swimming pool and gym were great. I read others reviews that said I would need Speedo type swimming pants to get into the pool. However, I went swimming twice with regular swimming shorts and no questions were asked. The hotel is changing some of its policies with regards to the pool. This the 3rd time I have stayed in Lviv, 1st time here, its the best so
far for comfort, the rooms are excellent, the gym is a real gym, I did
not try the pool or sauna which were all included in the price of a
suite(100 eur) Its very clean, the food was good the manager will know
what I mean when she reads this! I will stay there again which I guess
is the best recommendation.

Second stay on this trip.Excellent friendly staff. Restaurant meals are superb and good value. This time I was able to have breakfast which was an excellent buffet spread with hot & cold food. WiFi connection was fine. Quiet location with my room again overlooking the courtyard. Safe in room - larger to accept a laptop would be useful. Close to all public transport.

A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff. Actually all was great. A lovely hotel. It was realy perfect place to stay in Lviv. Hotel is absolutely ideally situated right opposite to the Opera Theatre. A very nice, spacious and clean room with all facilities, extremely pleasant and helpful English speaking personel. I fell in love with their restaurant on the 7th floor with fantastic panoramic view

The hotel is excellent. Location is great for seeing Lviv. The 7th floor restaurant is a beautiful view of the skyline. Best are the staff members who checked trains and buses, then bought tickets, got a box lunch for our early morning departure. They made this segment of our journey stress free. They are really what made the stay at the Opera worth the money.
