  Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again. Upper floors have better bathroom facilities. - The hotel was very clean and everything was first class.   The food was delicious. The Chef does a very good job. The staff is well-trained and strive always to be helpful. The view from the dining room is beautiful, especially in the morning. We enjoyed using the smoking lounge at night to relax after a long day and smoke hookah. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel. Staff - the best I have ever met in Ukrainian hotels. Very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant with great view of old city. Among others, despite, that on weekend, they start servicing breakfast at 8am, they opened the restaurant at 7am, as we had to leave earlier.

  Having travelled to more than 50 countries and hundreds of cities, this is one of the ten best hotels I have stayed at, comparable to SLHW, Conde Nast winners etc. Friendly, efficient service, great food, super spa at no extra charge (which of course must be booked, since they prepare it for you). Lots of nice details and touches I wont go into here for want of space, - Beautiful hotel with excellent spa. I would say it is the best hotel in Lviv city. Young people at reception area were very helpful and pleasant. We had massage, pedicure and manicure with great professional people. We really enjoy our stay and planning to come back next year!

  This hotel just does exactly what you need it to and with a certain panache. Rooms are a real bargain in slightly overpriced Lviv, everything just works as it should and despite the location, it's easy to get into the city centre by tram. I won't be staying anywhere else from now on. - Very friendly helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable and ... vad folk säger » quiet so one does get a good night's skeep. Excellent breakfast choice. A little way put of the centre of town 10 mins by taxi who arrived very promptly so not a problem at all. Would highly recommend.
