  Everything about the place staff, restaurant, terracotta superb,waiters very professional and attentive and discreet, pool and spa area brilliant, bars very comfortable, room very clean, spacious, luxurious10 out of 10, I will stay there again - Very good hotel.   I took my wife to the Fairmont Grand Hotel in Kyiv as this was originally where she had requested we go for our "honeymoon" last year. It didn't work out for several reasons. This year, it was possible. Rooms are large and comfortable great bed. The staff very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Most spoke excellent English. Breakfast is a Wow! big selection and very good. Barman was excellent for making Martini's.

  I like the location and the view from the 12th floor. I like the friendliness of the Receptionists like Mrs. Ilona was so helpful, efficient and courteous. So was the staff in the restaurant on the 2nd. floor. Nice life piano for breakfast and dinner. - The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. They all spoke English.
