  I took my wife to the Fairmont Grand Hotel in Kyiv as this was originally where she had requested we go for our "honeymoon" last year. It didn't work out for several reasons.   I like the location and the view from the 12th floor. I like the friendliness of the Receptionists like Mrs. Ilona was so helpful, efficient and courteous. So was the staff in the restaurant on the 2nd. floor. Nice life piano for breakfast and dinner. - The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. They all spoke English.
