Pretty much everything! Host goes totally out of her way to ensure your comfort. And the breakfast that you wake up for in the morning is LUXURY! Oh the BREAKFAST!! To die for! You are actually given a menu to choose from, which leans that apart from the standard English Breakfast, there are other choices such as pancakes ... Amazing homemade muffins ... over and above everything else ... Freshly squeezed orange juice and pressed apple juice ... LUXURY indeed!. alla recensioner »
Easy to find, friendly welcome, free parking, quiet surroundings. Easy
access to Salisbury city centre. Perfect room, with a window that opens
(yes, it does open!) on a fresh, delicious garden. Real comfort, good
taste. Great bathroom, excellent breakfast. Also a sitting-room /
library special for guests. Sarah is the perfect host ! By far the best
accommodation we had on our 3-week tour through England and Wales.
A very old house but with a great deal of charm - but also strange. A very small staircase to the rooms. 1.5 miles to the centre of Salisbury is okay. Breakfast was excellent and delicious. The owner recommended The Silver Plough at Pitton for meal and local ale. A GREAT choice.
A beautiful place to stay. Clean and crisp room with a luxury bathroom, yummy brownies on arrival and use of the guest lounge/ library - very relaxing and enjoyable. Also a couple of friendly cats and an amazing breakfast in the morning - great stuff!.
we found the owner sarah very helpful the room was comfortable and quiet and very clean and the breakfast was very nice, the location was good also with local shops and salisbury town centre near by and with the railway close by it was perfect for us.
The room, the in room supplies of toiletries and range of coffee making facilities, the linen and the decor. i loved the range of breakfast options and the view of the garden and the friendly cats.
Lovely home, very clean and a particularly comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with great choices and afternoon tea and home baked brownies in the guest sitting room was a real treat!.
A beautiful home away from home: the room was perfect and cosy; the bathroom wonderfully luxurious. Excellent value for money. When can we move in?!.
Great guest house with a personal touch and warm atmosphere. Lovely room and bathroom. Would definitely go back to this lovely place!.
Massive library of DVDs and books. Cosy Atmosphere. Feather duvet. Warm
host. Lovely orange blossom shampoo and conditioner. Cool cat.
It was perfect for us, very comfortable and cosy, everything we needed, a relaxed atmosphere and a delicious breakfast.

Lovely homely environment. Beautiful home and Sarah exceptional hostess.
Comfortable room and bed
Fantastic breakfast
Lovely host.
breakfast and the hostess. Accomodation was fine.
Very comfortable. Very good breakfast.
Made to feel at home and very welcome.
All of it.
Would have liked to have functional wardrobe and drawer space in room.
That such places of excellence are so rare.
Not much space or privacy. Strange bathroom. The noise from the busy road - specially in the morning.
The bath looks beautiful but the shower was a bit impractical and you end up getting the bathroom very wet!.
I liked everything.
No drawers in the room
not being able to stay longer.
Nothing.
Out of the way. should provide directions.
There is a big bath in one of the rooms with a great shower, but you have to hold it over you (there is no wall fixing).
It was hard to find and when we arrived no one was home. After a short wait a young lady arrived and said our hostess had gone to London but she would show us in. She gave us directions for dinner which turned out not to serve on Sundays. Ended up missing dinner.
Saw hostess for first time at breakfast.
