Cosy hotel with super friendly personal. Very helpful and really professional. We had a street view 403. Although the streets were very busy and noisy, you could close the windows and it was very quiet. Cenrally located, walking distance from the port and lots of restaurants. We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. Excellent hotel, comfortable and well equiped roomes (even though a bit small), good pool & spa area. Very service oriented staff. Fantastic view from the bar on 19th floor. We were there at the time of the Taksim square demonstrations so traffic-wise it was a bit complicated to get in and out. When one evening an employee gave us some bad taxi recommendation based on which our trip was way longer than necessary, they did everything the next day to make up for it and even provided us transp
