The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul. Cosy hotel with super friendly personal. Very helpful and really professional. We had a street view 403. Although the streets were very busy and noisy, you could close the windows and it was very quiet. Cenrally located, walking distance from the port and lots of restaurants. I likes the clean bathrooms and toilets, sheets and the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. Especially Memet, Nayeeb and all the other reception and even security people who were always smily and friendly.

The hotel is perfectly located in the European part but with Dolmus (6 euro) easy to go (direct) to the azian side. Opera is close to Taksim, where is the Hilton, Hiatt, .. all big famous hotels, BUT Opera (small scale) positions itself in the middle of all

Overall hotel was good, clean and located near Kabatas tram station. Most of staff spoke English. Stayed there for 2 days but I was mostly out for sightseeing. Good value for money for tourists. -
Loved the amazing view of the terrace restaurant. The food was also good. Strongly recommend the fish stew!

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff were amazing, any request was done without hesitation. Would definitely go back there .
