Magnificent atmosphere and 5 star service. We stayed in the resort 6 days in jan of 2011. All nice words about Eric and his approach to hotel service wich I red in the web before trip were true.
It is far from the beach but it doesn`t metter a lot because he offer a transfer service to beach and back for free.

It's one of the best resort I ever stayed in so far.
I stayed in luxury sea view pool villa and it was amazing.
Me and my couple loved it, the sea view from the villa was breathtaking.
The tuk tuk service was useful and quick.
The Menu in babe pool restaurant was nice.

The resort is extremely luxury. All the beverage, snacks,and coffee inside the room are free, which is great for honeymoon. We spent 5 days there, never boring with the brillant inside-room swimming pool. love there!

Ordered dessert wrongly but staff at Black Ginger instantly changed without issues, and we were not charged for our first round of incorrect orders...way to go to ensure we will be back. The friendly staff made every effort to assist you all the time. The service was brillant, the rooms lovely, breakfast was lovely as each breakfast is cooked for the guest & there was plenty of variety for everyone to be happy. The pools were lovely.
