Magnificent atmosphere and 5 star service. We stayed in the resort 6 days in jan of 2011. All nice words about Eric and his approach to hotel service wich I red in the web before trip were true.
It is far from the beach but it doesn`t metter a lot because he offer a transfer service to beach and back for free.

It's one of the best resort I ever stayed in so far.
I stayed in luxury sea view pool villa and it was amazing.
Me and my couple loved it, the sea view from the villa was breathtaking.
The tuk tuk service was useful and quick.
The Menu in babe pool restaurant was nice.
Breakfast ok but need improvement.

The resort is extremely luxury. All the beverage, snacks,and coffee inside the room are free, which is great for honeymoon. We spent 5 days there, never boring with the brillant inside-room swimming pool. love there!

Ordered dessert wrongly but staff at Black Ginger instantly changed without issues, and we were not charged for our first round of incorrect orders...way to go to ensure we will be back. Food was outstanding! Housekeeping staff were tremendous and sorry we were in such a hurry, we didnt leave them a decent tip. - Wonderful staff and overall hotel

Comfortable, well-equipped room.
Spectacular food (we were attending a special banquet). The meal was served impeccably by the restaurant staff.

The friendly staff made every effort to assist you all the time. The service was brillant, the rooms lovely, breakfast was lovely as each breakfast is cooked for the guest & there was plenty of variety for everyone to be happy. The pools were lovely. The pool & beach staff wre brillant & were always changing towels chairs & bringing water truely pamper the guests. Our stay was everything we hoped for & we were not disappointed in any way. Second time we go there and we found most of our friends back. A place to relax completely away from hectic things but in a very close distance to a big offer of places to visit and things to do. Staff and owners are super great hosts and we didn't regret for a second coming back to this place. -
