  Professional staff, beautiful room. I have stayed at several hotels in Zurich, but would return to this one, I think. - Breakfast was very good, staff was very nice, location was very nice.

  Staff members were very friendly and helpful. If you travel to Switzerland from the U.K. and intend to use your computer or recharge a battery of your mobile phone or tablet, be aware that an electrical plug in Switzerland is different from the European standard two-pin one. The hotel kindly let me use a plug to convert from the U.K. three pins to the Swiss three pins. - The offer that I had was fairly good value. Zurich is expensive, and the price was ok for what was on offer. The location is a short (10- 14 Minute) tram ride from the centre, with a tram stop more or less outside the hotel. Breakfast good but expensive if not included with the package, and a "quick" breakfast on offer. The hotel was quiet. The bar was functional, and barstaff friendly. I would probably stay there again

  We liked the location, that they have carpark (even if it costs a little extra), there was wi-fi (and it worked the whole time). A suite is always nicer when more than two people and this time, even better as we got upgraded to an even more spacious suite. The room is huge, comfortable, very well-structured. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Served in room at my convenience, was very reforced and quality products.   Mycket bra. - The staff (in particular Thomas) was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the services were top notch. Food quality in the restaurant was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! - Very nice room with style!

  Underbar utsikt och natur - view !!! - The hotel was up on a mountain with fantastic paronamic views of the city below. For someone who's never been to Zurich it's the best place to start seeing the region.
