  Staff members were friendly and the room with Matterhorn view was wonderful. The hotel location was great, only few minutes walk to the train station. - Staff were extremely helpful. Exceed my expectation

  Location is good. Ten minutes walk to the Zermatt Railway Station. Hotel provides free pick-up service. Located at a quiet corner of Zermatt. Seems that every room has a balcony. You can enjoy the view from your balcony while having lunch. Room was big (European Standard) and clean. We booked at a very special price (68chf per night for 2 people.)... vad folk säger » since the hotel posted the wrong price. Eventually, the hotel still honored the reservation which is something unlikely to happen in country. Very im - The hotel is a bit rough at the edges but the room I got was clean and quite comfortable. It is very well located close the the church square and basically in smack middle of everything. The staff is friendly and accommodating when it comes to very early breakfasts, etc.

  We had a little problem finding it, but but a guy came out on the street and gave us the key and pointed us to our room!! Extremely friendly staff. There was a quite low ceiling, but beds were good. Seemed to be newly renovated. Very clean room! Very good value for money and they did not lie about the stunning view of Matterhorn from the room! View from 3 bed attic room magnificent. Maria serving breakfast was very friendly. Good value for money in Zermat. Owner sent email before arrival to instruct where to find key.

  Rimligt pris - mycket bra värde för pengarna. Hotellet ligger i centrum, bra länge till alla liftarna samt affärer. Gratis internet/dator i första våning var en mycket trevlig och nyttig överraskning. - The hotel is a great find and deal in pricey Zermatt. The staff was extremely helpful and nice in every way. The view of the Matterhorn from the terrace was a nice bonus! Would definitely recommend to couples looking for a good deal in Zermatt. - We arrived at 11pm in the night and called the hotel earlier about late check-in demand. They told me the security code for main entrance and left me a lovely envelope inside. The room was clean and tidy. Excellent experience!
