  Staff very nice, all spoke good English even though my Swiss German is not bad. Very handy for trains, buses and boats --- and motorway if you are driving. - Comfortable clean room, private underground car park. Good food. Luzern ferry boat terminal 50 meters from hotel, very convenient for touring the lake and getting to Luzern.

  Staying in Hotel Hermann was a pleasure indeed. to put it simply, everything worked and thats a great advantage when you book a budget friendly hotel, The owner Patricia was super-helpful and co-operative. The location is amazing as its 1 minute walk away from lake and 5 minutes from Train station. Great value for money. I - Hotel is in a nearby suburb of Luzern, away from all the tourists and traffic but a close commute for shopping and sightseeing. The Staff was friendly; the room was large and very clean. If ambience is important, this hotel is very modern and lacks the ambience smaller hotels and guest houses offer. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Switzerland generally has high hotel prices, which has to be considered. This said, this hotel offers good value for the money. Large room with balcony, friendly staff.   Really like and enjoyed this hotel even It is not right in Lucerne and have to a local regional train to and from Lucerne. Hotel is just two minutes walk from Stans train station.   Lovely hotel in a lovely area. Especially the clear views on the mountains from the hotel room was great. The Asian food in the restaurant of the hotel was very good.   We were offered a free upgrade to a lake view room on check in. The location is excellent with access to Lucerne via train in less than 10 minutes. Indoor pool and spa were a treat. Excellent breakfast offered.   Stunning lake views from our quality room and patio, Good resturant and room service, Very helpful an polite staff. The local ferryboat and padal-steamer from the front of the hotel was a great bonus and all added for relaxing getting about in comfort.   We stayed for 3 nights and got a free "card" that gave the whole family free entrance to boat rides on Titisee, cable car trips up Feldberg, pony rides (15mins) @ Feldberg, climbing like "Go-Ape" @ Feldberg, a fantastic theme park called Steinwassen Park (google it), a water park with about 18 water slides and a "grown up" area, and much much more... vad folk säger » - all within about 20 minutes easy drive. FANTASTIC. Hotel was lovely and made my wife cry (with joy)!! It felt like being in Cuckoo Clock heaven. - Glorious location with views across Lake Lucerne. Room was very clean and bright with a nice balcony and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was again very clean and the shower was powerful and hot. The staff were helpful; breakfast was served at very civilised times and the food in the restaurant was also good. The narrow road between Stans and Kehrsiten was fun to drive, though it's possibly not to everyone's liking! There's a nice relaxation room with complimentary soft drinks for any of
