  We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town. Cheerful staff checked us in and after hearing that I was celebrating my birthday sent a complementary fruit ... vad folk säger » platter and bottle of champagne to our room. A lovely and most unexpected gesture! Our room was homely, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and - The staff there are friendly and helpful. One of the female staff did help me a lot by providing information on the touring in St. moritz. Greatly appreciated. The breakfast there was tasted good and the facilities were good. The room was spacious and comfortable.

  excellent coopertaion from the staff in particular mr stephen ost at the reception, wonderful human being and nice person who did everythg to ,ake our 1 daqy stay comfortable. - The hotel was very clean and I believe that it had recently been renovated.   The room/apartment was large enough for a family of 5. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was lovely with big windows and a bit of a view. Breakfast spread (which consisted of cold cuts, cheese, bread, cereals, yoghurt, beverages & juice & fruit) was decent. Coop (a supermarket) was a less than 5-minute walk away. The hotel has a modern feel with a comfortable sitting area near the reception area. A modern lift transported us to our spacious room. The bathroom is clean and the shower is very modern. The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. Wide screen T.v with 3 English channels. The subdued lighting in the room made reading a challenge.
