  The Hotel is managed by family. Very warm welcome from the staff on train station which is free pick up by hotel. On arrival we have been received by owner of the hotel with very warm welcome. Offered water and tea immediately. The room is big and they offered us lake view. Free tea, coffee, cakes and water is available all the time. Breakfast was... vad folk säger » good and very nice. They guide us very nicely where to roam in city and near by area. We asked two three times and they explained in detail every tim - Very courteous and friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk updated my room to a lake view without me asking free of charge. Nice cozy decoration. The game room/tea room is very nice. You can listen to a variety of music while enjoying a warm cup of tea. Breakfast was amazing with great fresh fruit salad. Overall, had an amazing experience. Will definitely stay here again!

  Beautifully appointed spacious rooms. Super comfortable beds. Great location near tram so perfect for skiers. (Can ski in from lift). Lovely decorated hotel and exceptional customer service.   The room/apartment was large enough for a family of 5. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was lovely with big windows and a bit of a view. Breakfast spread (which consisted of cold cuts, cheese, bread, cereals, yoghurt, beverages & juice & fruit) was decent. Coop (a supermarket) was a less than 5-minute walk away. The hotel has a modern feel with a comfortable sitting area near the reception area. A modern lift transported us to our spacious room. The bathroom is clean and the shower is very modern. The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. Wide screen T.v with 3 English channels. The subdued lighting in the room made reading a challenge.

  The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is very close to the ski slopes via quick shuttle or 5-10 minute walk, but with a bit of fairly easy off piste skiing you can ski directly down to the hotel.   Very special very nice stuff - superb view from the 5th floor rooms i recommand the hotel from bottom of my hart - 5 levels better than 5 star marriot hotel in milano - The view - it doesn't get much better than this. The staff went out of their way to help us even before our arrival.

  We loved staying at Aladin. While it was not in the main town, we purchased a pass from the hotel which gave us access to the bus and ski lifts. This was the most convenient and cost effective way to get around and ski. Aladin was quiet with great facilities, excellent views, very clean and deserving of more than three stars.   Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was there for the ski marathon and the hotel ran people and their skis to the bahnhof to catch the bus to the race.
