  The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views.. IT's worth staying there... - The... vad folk säger » staff and service were superior. The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location. We needed a dentist while there and they arranged everything with the best dentist in town. We are planning our return trip for this winter.

  We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town. Cheerful staff checked us in and after hearing that I was celebrating my birthday sent a complementary fruit ... vad folk säger » platter and bottle of champagne to our room. A lovely and most unexpected gesture! Our room was homely, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and - The staff there are friendly and helpful. One of the female staff did help me a lot by providing information on the touring in St. moritz. Greatly appreciated. The breakfast there was tasted good and the facilities were good. The room was spacious and comfortable.

  Very special very nice stuff - superb view from the 5th floor rooms i recommand the hotel from bottom of my hart - 5 levels better than 5 star marriot hotel in milano - The view - it doesn't get much better than this. The staff went out of their way to help us even before our arrival.
