  Bra pris - Please go here for the view ! No road between the hotel and the Lake so this is very quiet. Staff very hepfull and polite, specially at the Front desk where you could find all information needed! - The room presentation was extremely good - in fact excellent.   The hotel was right on the lakefront/harbor with a great view from the lakeview room. The underground parking was great for a car trip stop and access to the hotel/lobby was easy and well laid out. The dining area was modern and well organized and the food at dinner and breakfast was excellent. The exercise room was magnificent and certainly bett... vad folk säger » er than any of the 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed at in Lucerne, Zurich and Geneva. - Stayed in this hotel for the second in the Business room. Again was 100% with the room, especially with bed and pillows. Love design of the room. My mother stayed of the standard room and it was also very nice. Location of the hotel, imho, is better than in the city center - you are close to the lake and can enjoy it. Getting to every part of the city is sipmle - 2 min walk to Metro station. And a small supermarket nearby.

  The location is magnificent and the accommodation is truly luxurious. Top class leisure facilities and very friendly and professional service.   Good comfortable bed with top quality linen. Spacious bathroom. The buffet breakfast was excellent with really good coffee. The Grand Cafe Real bistrot does really good quality food. - Fantastic room with balcony overlooking Lake Geneva. Staff brilliant. Very comfortable.

  The Spa! The view and the friendliness and attentivness of the staff. Checked in alone for a spa day and a movie night with dinner in my room and the movies did not work and there was no technician. Very disappointing!! - Service and staff. Design of the hotel was superb.
