  Bra pris - Please go here for the view ! No road between the hotel and the Lake so this is very quiet. Staff very hepfull and polite, specially at the Front desk where you could find all information needed! - The room presentation was extremely good - in fact excellent.   The location is magnificent and the accommodation is truly luxurious. Top class leisure facilities and very friendly and professional service. The restaurants are also excellent. - Absolutely a world class hotel. Delightful staff and location. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was sensational, very impressive.

  All you can expect from a mini-Palace and 5 stars service. Upon arrival, our room has been upgraded to a suite, a very pleasant surprise indeed! Valet car park, a glass of champagne on arrival, nice pool, spa gym facilities and a smashing view on the lake from our private balcony (to be ordered at booking) ... The beds were amazing, the staff were fabulous, the bedtime chocolates were decadent. The food - wow. Truly drool-worthy.

  The Spa! The view and the friendliness and attentivness of the staff. Checked in alone for a spa day and a movie night with dinner in my room and the movies did not work and there was no technician. Very disappointing!! - Service and staff. Design of the hotel was superb.
