  A fabulous experience. Very friendly and helpfull staff. A very nicehotel with a beautiful position and exposure to the Alps. The roomstandard is fantastic in proportion to the price. - Great hotel to spend a few days in!   The Spa! The view and the friendliness and attentivness of the staff. Checked in alone for a spa day and a movie night with dinner in my room and the movies did not work and there was no technician. Very disappointing!! - Service and staff. Design of the hotel was superb.

The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.
