  Hotel is very clean. Nice room. Very good location for access to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Solid breakfast included in price which meant a good value. Free overnight parking on side streets. - the fact that it is so central, across the street from the train station, which is a 8 minute ride from airport..

  The guy who checked us in was very kind and friendly and anticipated our questions and needs at a busy time. The breakfast room is fresh and clean and has lots of light and lake views.   Bra pris - Please go here for the view ! No road between the hotel and the Lake so this is very quiet.   We loved everything about this hotel, we booked a room with a balcony which was just lovely, we had a view to the mountains. The room was extremely clean and well kept. Staff were great the lady in the breakfast room was very attentive! Breakfast was very nice with a basket of pastries, cereal, toast, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juice and cold meats.... vad folk säger » The bedding and pillows were the most comfortable I've had in a hotel for a long time. The hotel was in a quiet area close to the station it was situ - The location closed to the station is excellent, but not only that, all staffs were warm and friendly, willing to assist their guests. I stayed at two beds room with my older child, and the room had a great space. I really love the bathroom was located in the back of bed room going through a door and a short hallway space. I also appreciated that they gave us free tickets of metro and bus dated from check-in and check-out date. Breakfast was excellent in the cozy nice room. Check-out time at 12

  We really enjoyed the staff and the pool. The breakfast wasn't extravagant but was sufficient. - It an excellent hotel if you have a car as it is outside Geneva yet close to it. The view of the lake is marvelous when taking breakfast in the morning.

The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond.
