  The best ratio price/quality for the hotel what I've ever been through. Quality is their passion - that's true. I was surprised that is so perfect feeling on so high location as 1853 m. Samnaun / Ischgl - is one of the best in the Alps. Duty free zone with a lot of shops of very good watches / jewellery.

  The staff were exceptionally helpful and assisted with dinner reservations, babysitters, etc. The facilities were lovely. We cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. - Good hotel for a reasonable price. Very complete swimming pool/saunas.Excellent service

  The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views.. We needed a dentist while there and they arranged everything with the best dentist in town. We are planning our return trip for this winter.

  My grandchildren and I visited Seewis as it was the home of my great-grandparents before emigrating to America. The hotel was comfortable, views spectacular, and the staff friendly and very helpful. The food was good also.   We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town. Cheerful staff checked us in and after hearing that I was celebrating my birthday sent a complementary fruit ... vad folk säger » platter and bottle of champagne to our room. A lovely and most unexpected gesture! Our room was homely, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and - The staff there are friendly and helpful. One of the female staff did help me a lot by providing information on the touring in St. moritz. Greatly appreciated. The breakfast there was tasted good and the facilities were good. The room was spacious and comfortable.
