  Wonderful old hotel, completely refurbished to a very high standard. The staff were friendly, helpful and utterly delightful. Excellent buffet breakfast served in lovely surroundings. Free WiFi throughout the hotel, with a strong and reliable signal in the bedroom. I was upgraded to a superior room with balcony but even if I had not been the Edel... vad folk säger » weiss would have been exceptional value for money. - We had the family room 1 and it was large and comfortable with two bedroom areas and a lounge/tv room. Bathroom was a good size with a large shower. The motel is quiet and peaceful with out road noise. Lockup bike room and access without stairs for luggage. Very happy and will stay there again.

  This is a fabulous property. Since it was our 25th anniversary the manager Remo Loher upgraded us to a one bedroom apartment which was beautifully equipped and picked us up at the train station. The facility is fabulous and the town is by far my favorite in Switzerland.   We stayed in davos for a congress, just opposite of the hotel in the davos congress center. Our stay was very delightful, the service was excellent, the staff very kind and helpful in case of special requests, the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and much cheaper than anticipated. The rooms are an adequate size for 2 travellers, each room has a balcony of good size. As it's less than a year old the fit out is still in excellent condition.
