  The room was nicely decorated in a crispt modern style and had lovely views. The restaurant was also excellent. - Friendly staff and excellent view of the lake.

  The hotel facilities and staff were wonderful especially for a romantic getaway for two. The hotel was not too far from the main train station so it was in a convienent location in the center of the action. While the price was expensive by US standards, it was reasonable for Lucrern and Europe in general. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel ... vad folk säger » again. - This has been thoroughly enjoyable - the lovely rooms, the hotel's position in the city, the excellent breakfast, the ever so helpful staff: there is no doubt where we would return to next time we are in Luzern!

  We loved our room which was spacious with a great balcony. The staff was helpful and very courteous. The location was nice....close enough to walk to attractions but away from the very busy areas. - Convenient and free parking and pleasant staff

  You feel like you are in your own personal luxury spa. Steam bath, sauna, indoor swim jet massage pool as well as fantastic views of Lake Lucerne from your private patio. Very relaxing! You are away from the business of the city yet it is a short drive away if you want to participate. Breakfast was good and pleantiful with fruit, yogurt, bread, c... vad folk säger » heese, cereal, juice, coffee or tea, and eggs cooked to order. - Absolutely everything, it was perfect, beautiful, relaxing, comfortable and we can't wait to go back. Just a wonderful setting with amazing breakfast's on the terrace served by the lady of the house.
