  Trevlig och service minded personal. Centralt belägget - I really liked this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable room and relaxed atmosphere.   The rooms were spacious and quiet. The hotel restaurant was excellent with the best vegetarian menu I have seen. - very friendly staff, location was excellent, excellent room and value for money

  The room was nicely decorated in a crispt modern style and had lovely views. The restaurant was also excellent. - Friendly staff and excellent view of the lake.

  We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They were vivacious, but at the same time very professional. The tour desk staff were also the same, pointing us in the right direction. We loved the walk along the lake to get to and... vad folk säger » from the station and also the access to the different parts of your beautiful Luzern. - They attended to every need during our stay. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.
