  Beautifully clean and comfortable. View of Lake and mountains fantastic. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Reception staff variable. Breakfast somewhat limited ie scrambled eggs main choice, but plenty of fresh fruit etc. Busy road between lake and hotel but double glazing very effective and quieter at night.   The staff were highly professional and pleasant; and the hotel spa was wonderful - which counted for a lot, as it rained the whole time I was in Lugano! - The hotel is easily acccessible and very comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere.   I had the feeling to be in a 3 star hotel (although it is a 1 star hotel)...staff were really friendly, very clean hotel, great location...i can just recomend the hotel - I liked that the hotel was very clean and comfortable and it was not expensive.Best value for money. Very nice hotel...did not expect it.
