  One can not find a more perfect place for the winter holiday with small children. The private mountain railway takes you up, where children can play in the snow castle. Hotel has wonderful children's club with very professional staff. (Special thanks to Christoffer for taking care of our daughter).   Very comfortable family-run hotel. Excellent cuisine--definitely recommend the half-board option, a very good value. Convenient access from hotel to Arosa skiing and other winter-related activities. - Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was very accommodating to all needs and requests. We would stay here again and recommend.

The spa facilities were very well-done - With the fresh-wood smell of the sauna and the glass windows so we could see the snow coming down outside, it felt like we were in a wonderful "snow-globe"!
